Seorang saya

DINI HAITI ZULFANY

Adalah nama lengkap saya. Dini artinya ‘Agamaku’. Haiti saya artikan sebagai ’Hidupku’ karena saya anggap berasal dari kata ’hayati’. Memang banyak teman-teman yang heran saat tau nama tengah saya ’Haiti’. Seperti nama negara miskin di belahan Eropa sana. Lalu, Zulfany berarti ’Kedudukanku’. Kalau dirangkai, maka menjadi ”Agamaku Hidupku Kedudukanku”. Bapak saya lantas memaknainya sebagai ”Agamaku yang Cemerlang”. Subhanallah. Itu adalah sebuah harapan mulia dari kedua orang tua saya agar anaknya bisa mengaplikasikan makna nama tersebut dengan cara menjadi muslimah yang membanggakan bagi keluarga, bangsa, dan tentu saja agama Islam tercinta. Insya Allah.

Saya senang sekali angka 22. Bukan saja karena angka tersebut banyak sekali muncul dalam memori indah di kehidupan saya, tapi lebih karena pada tanggal itulah saya terlahir ke dunia. Terlahir pada hari Rabu, 22 Juli 1987 seorang anak perempuan yang langsung diadzankan oleh Bapak. Betapa bahagianya saya sekarang karena lahir dalam keluarga yang menganut agama yang benar, agama yang diridhai Allah SWT. Meskipun hingga usia 20, belum juga saya kaffah menjalani agama ini, namun telah sejak lama saya bertekad untuk terus memahami Islam dengan baik. Orang tua saya pun sangat ingin saya menjadi anak perempuan baik-baik. Baik dari segi akhlak, agama, tingkah laku, semuanya.

Namun, sepertinya harapan itu belum juga terwujud hingga saat ini. Saya masih penuh cela. Yeah, namanya juga usaha. Saat ini saya sedang dalam proses ’perbaikan diri’. Sempurna, tentu saja tidak mungkin bisa. Anyway, usaha orang tua saya luar biasa juga. Sejak SD, saya disekolahkan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Teladan (MINT) Bawamai. Meskipun sebelumnya saya tidak dijadikan siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam, tapi tidak membuat orang tua saya lantas ’latah’ memilihkan sekolah tingkat lanjutan yang tidak berlatar belakang Islam. Ya, sebenarnya saya tidak dipilihkan. Saya pilih sendiri untuk melanjutkan SMP ke Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pontianak, untuk kemudian sekolah lagi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak. Wah, Madrasah semua ya dari SD... Seharusnya saya sudah jadi hafidzah Al Quran nih sekarang. Tapi apa daya. Sampai sekarang belum hafidzah atau ustadzah juga. Masih Dini yang biasa.

Jelang kelulusan, saya sudah tidak sabar untuk menjadi mahasiswi FKIP. Keinginan untuk memilih UNTAN FKIP Inggris sudah muncul sejak saya kelas 3 SMP. Sesuai dengan cita-cita saya sejak kelas 3 SMP hingga sekarang, yaitu menjadi Dosen Bahasa Inggris, maka mendaftarlah saya di UNTAN, memilih jurusan yang saya inginkan. Subhanallah. Betapa rekayasa Allah begitu indah. Semuanya dilancarkanNya. Lewat kampus ini pulalah Allah tunjukkan dan bukakan jalan untuk saya agar mengenal TARBIYAH. Lewat FKIP pula saya diperkenalkan dengan ikhwah yang luar biasa hanif. Mereka semua mencintai Allah. Pakaiannya sopan-sopan. Ibadahnya membuat saya semakin bersemangat untuk meningkatkan kualitas ibadah saya pula. Allah sungguh Maha Besar.

Oiya, sebelum masuk di kampus ini, setelah tamat SMP saya diminta untuk magang di Radio Volare. Makanya, setiap kali bertemu teman lama, pertanyaannya selalu sama: “Dini, masih siaran di Volare?”. Jawaban yang sama pula selalu saya berikan: “Alhamdulillah, masih hobi siaran hehe”. Pertama bergabung di Volare ketika saya lulus MTsN 1 Pontianak, tahun 2001. Sampai sekarang, 2008 Alhamdulillah, masih tercatat sebagai salah satu penyiar. Sejak saya hijrah ke tarbiyah dan berusaha menanamkan niat untuk istiqamah di jalan dakwah, saya berjanji pada diri saya sendiri agar sembari siaran, saya bisa juga berdakwah dengan style yang sesuai ‘format Volare’. Toh dakwah tidak harus di Radio Mujahidin saja kan? J

Hingga jari jemari ini mengetik, Alhamdulillah saya masih tercatat sebagai Tentor Bahasa Inggris di SIS (Solusi Interaktif SSC). Amanah lainnya, sejak Agustus 2006, dipercaya pula oleh MAN 2 tercinta untuk mengajar Bahasa Inggris sebagai di bimbingan belajar MAN 2 untuk kelas XI. Di MAN 2 pula, saya sebagai alumni merasa beruntung bisa menjadi salah satu pihak yang terlibat untuk ekstrakurikuler. Lebih dari setahun menjadi English Study Club’s Instructor untuk MAN 2, membuat saya semakin mencintai sekolah itu. Tidak ingin menyia-nyiakan waktu kuliah dengan sekedar kupu-kupu alias kuliah pulang kuliah pulang, maka saya pun menjadi salah satu pengurus English Student Association, tepatnya di divisi English Learning Center (ELC) yang menangani program-program yang berhubungan dengan akademik. Target saya ke depan, ESA harus menjadi sebuah lembaga ammah yang pengurusnya adalah kader-kader dakwah sehingga tidak susah lagi mencari SDM di ESA yang ikhwah, terutama yang ikhwan. Semoga Allah meridhoi.

Dosen saya di kampus, Bapak Ikhsanuddin menganggap saya layak untuk bergabung dengan UPT Bahasa Universitas Muhammadiyah atau dikenal dengan nama MU-CeLL. Subhanallah, teman-teman di MU-CeLL pun ternyata ikhwah juga. Allah percayakan posisi Manager of Administration and Finance di sana. Mudah-mudahan tidak membuat saya lupa dengan kewajiban-kewajiban saya, dan semoga Allah jauhkan saya dari sifat sombong dan tinggi hati.

Maka, dengan amanah-amanah tersebut, terangkailah aktivitas saya seakan tanpa jeda. Aktivitas utama saya di bidang akademik tetaplah kuliah, menjadi mahasiswa Prodi Bahasa Inggris semester 6. Kuliah, mengajar, siaran, ikut syuro’, dan tak lupa liqo’. Kurang lebih itulah aktivitas harian saya. Dalam masing-masing aktivitas tersebut, saya dititipi amanah dakwah oleh Allah. Sebuah amanah paling penting yang akan dipertanggungjawabkan semua umat di akhirat kelak. Wallahualam.
